In 2023, Pottery Barn’s registry page was redesigned, creating a new customer experience that we wanted to highlight through 3 different paid social ads. Using seasonal photography, we used specific color stories to target different audiences. The first two were a neutral color story and a blue color story, both leveraging our winning copy and formula from 2022. The first paid social video ad targeted Instagram and used a neutral color story, leveraging our winning copy and photography formula from 2022, updating the photography. The second focused on showing registry’s value, sharing highlights that set Pottery Barn apart from other registries.
